Fudge heat Protectant

Fudge liquid erekt medium hold heat protective straightening spray (150 ml)


This is my first heat protectant  for hair my entire live...lol. however i love it and still using it :)


Why do i love Fudge heat Protectant:

1. spray each section of hair before blow drying , curling or straightening 
2. smells delicious.... yummy!!!
3. has hydrolyzed keratin ,wheat protein and Castor oil!!! (yay!!!)
4. user friendly :)

* Apply to damp hair, spray liberally through lengths and blow dry straight.

*Tip: For dead straight hair  spray each section lightly prior to use flat iron( medium hold, so stays straight for like few hours only ...keep that in mind)

*expensive though (RM 49.90 ) :(

What are the things or situations that make me Depressed:

1. Low in cash (especially for toiletries and food)
2. My fav food are sinful and i have to take em in moderation (hate that!!!!)
3. When ma loved ones don't understand me or ma feelings
4. If i did not exercise
5. back-stabbers

7. unable to understand ma subjects
8. assignments
9. lack of self confidence
10. obstacles in life

It's me trying to look good with my new haircut..the fringe!!! lol...

kinda like my fringe even though in the beginning hated it and regretted it  too.....

100% natural Creamy Peanut Butter

Finally i found 100% natural creamy peanut butter called ADAMS. I love it!!! I'ts Yummy!!! 

1. no hydrogenated oils
2. ingredients peanuts and 1% or less salt (awesome or what!!!)
3. 2 tbslpn 200 calories
4. 160z/ 450g
5. oil separated( so pour half away and stir in the rest ) :)

Well, ADAMS peanut butter are hard to find here. I'm lucky to have found it. Waiting for restock sigh!!!

Furthermore it costs RM15!!! no joke . 

What is your favorite brand of 100% natural peanut butter??? please share!!!

LoW CaLoRiE HoT ChOcoLaTe :)

Here is my recipe for low calorie hot chocolate ...yummy!!!

1. 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder,i'm using Hershey's (10calories)
2. 3 equal sugar tablets
3. 2 tablespoon of skim milk (44 calories)
4. 1 packet non dairy creamer (27calories) 
5. dash of cinnamon

-after adding all of the ingredients ill add hot water into it till my mug is 3/4 full 

-next ill "tarik" (pulling) where the mixture is poured back and forth using two mugs till all of the ingredients are mixed well and the drink is frothy :)

-thats is all :) Easy as ABC ..lol

*overall 82 calories per cup... enjoy!!!

Workout

I workout 6 days a week for an hour. Mostly my workouts are interval training which can be done at the comforts of your home. Minimal equipments are needed. I use my jump rope, weights, chair and my yoga mat. By the end of that hour, i turn red, sweat a lot!!! and out of breath. The key is to raise your heart beat and have less rest in between during your workouts. These Workouts are to be incorporated with healthy sensible diet to lose weight. As for me, i successfully lost 30 Kg . Big achievement in my life. It needs determination that is indestructible :)

1. skipping
2. mountain climbers
3. high knees
4. crunches
5. plank
6. step ups

I love Cheese. Everyday i must have at least 1 serving of it. I have tried brands such as Kraft, Mothers Choice, And Bega. Of course all of em are low in fat and calories. My favorite brand of all that I have tried would be The Laughing Cow Light Cheese. I have this Cheese every morning :)...yummy Because:

1. Low in calorie
2. rich in flavor
3. high in calcium
4. good source of protein 
5. Does not melt even if it is not kept in the fridge 

*However The Laughing Cow Light Cheese is quite pricey compared to the other brands. 10 Cheese slices costs RM10.89 :( compared to other brands of cheeses ranging from Rm7-9 for 12 pieces... sigh...

So what is your favorite Cheese :) ?????

Silky Girl liquid Eyeliner

Hey Gals, today I would like to make review on Silky Girl's liquid eyeliner.  I have tried Sasa's pencil liner, Maybeline's Gel liner and even Bombay point's liquid eyeliner... All of em did not satisfy me. On Thaipusam Day, My cousin introduced to me Silky Girl's liquid eyeliner. I loved it. Imma stick to it gals!!! :)


Description:

• Name: Precision Liquid eyeliner
• waterproof
• 3g
• shake well before use
• colors: black n brown

Reasons: 

1. Does  not smudge out easily
2. Stays all day long
3. Only needs a few swipes with cotton pads n water to remove the liner
4. glides easily (styling)

*So in conclusion imma give 5 starts out of 5 for this product.  I love the cat eye look ... What's your say??? :)
