Ingredients
- 5 small red apples for a jar :)
- sweetener optional
- water (just enough to immerse the apples)
- cut the apples into very small pieces
- boil em in a pot or a pan until apples turns soft
- turn of the heat and with a large spoon mush the apples.
- add sweetener
- and let the apples cook till caramelized.
- let it cool
- then store in a bottle
Yummy and low calorie spread for breakfast or tea :)
