AppleSauce



Applesauce is a great substitute for oil and fat in baking so that your baked goodies are less in calories and fat :)


However if the recipe calls for example 1 cup of oil, please use 1/2 of applesauce and 1/2 of oil or maybe 3/4 apple sauce and 1/4 cup of oil . This is to avoid crumbly baked stuff. :) my experience :)
