Tips :
- substitute high calorie foods with lower calorie foods. example I drink skim milk instead of full cream, reduced fat butter instead of margarine or full fat butter.
- exercise ( as for me I exercise 5-6 times a week to burn calories and build muscles)
- I cook my meals most of the times.
- I sleep at least 8 hours a day.
- constantly read articles and magazines on fitness and diet
- got motivation from my sister and friends
- weigh myself as often ( though many would not agree on this point)
- consume loads of vege and fruits
- more on lean meats and high protein diet
- fast food once a month
- cheat treats ( every week) so that i would not deprive myself
- drink at least 6-8glasses of water per day :)
since I have lost those extra pounds, now I'm aiming on building lean muscles :)
