Well i bet ya'll have heard about cinnamon. If you google for sure one can see that there are a lot of benefits of cinnamon. personally i take Cinnamon for 3 reasons
- helps with losing/maintaining weight
- Cinnamon's Scent Boosts Brain Function
- it tastes mighty fine with coffee, tea, cooked apples n other desserts...nyum nyum nyum
*so why do you take cinnamon??? :)
