FlAx SeEd

I have been taking Flax seeds for 2 weeks now..hopefully ill get the benefits out of them. Flax seeds are loaded with fiber and Omega 3...so why wait...go grab em...remember to ground them before taking them. 1-2 tablespoon a day needed...that is what i read... :) oh yea!!! after grounding please refrigerate. :)




*if u do see good changes in me..please do tell...hoping to have glowing skin :)
