Recipe :)
- 2 very riped bananas
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 4 tablets of sweetener/stevia
- half cup organic old fashioned oats
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
- hand full raisins(optional)
- mix skim milk with sweetener and later oats and let it soak ( 10 minutes)
- mash bananas and add cinnamon and coconut oil
- after 10 minutes of soaking , add oats and the mash bananas cinnamon and coconut oil mixture into it
- mix them all well
- spray pan with cooking spray
- add the mixture and cook for less than 5 minutes
- serve in a bowl and sprinkle raisins on top :)
