How did I lose weight?? :)



First of all losing weight does not happen overnight. I takes dedication and discipline. 

Tips :
  1. substitute high calorie foods with lower calorie foods. example I drink skim milk instead of full cream, reduced fat butter instead of margarine or full fat butter.
  2. exercise ( as for me I exercise 5-6 times a week to burn calories and build muscles)
  3. I cook my meals most of the times.
  4. I sleep at least 8 hours a day. 
  5. constantly read articles and magazines on fitness and diet
  6. got motivation from my sister and friends
  7. weigh myself as often ( though many would not agree on this point)
  8. consume loads of vege and fruits
  9. more on lean meats and high protein diet
  10. fast food once a month
  11. cheat treats ( every week) so that i would not deprive myself
  12. drink at least 6-8glasses of water per day :)
since I have lost those extra pounds, now I'm aiming on building lean muscles :)
