Home made low calorie corn bread



1 cup all-purpose flour ( I used Whole wheat flour )
1 cup cornmeal (I used corn flour instead)
1/4 cup sugar ( I used organic brown sugar)
4 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk (used Skim milk)
2 eggs
1/4 cup shortening ( I used coconut oil instead)

Yields 9 pieces :)

25 minutes in oven at 220C 

successful and I loved it
