Breathe in and out while you workout






Hi everyone. Today I would like to discuss about the importance of breathing in and out during workouts. Most of us tend to hold our breaths when we exercise.Especially during weight training.  Please do not do that. It makes you feel tired and breathless by the end of just few reps. If we are tired, we then stop our workout without pushing to our max capacity and hence not burning more calories... Been there personally and when I found out about breathing in and breathing out for each rep, I am definitely more energetic and doing more reps.
