CiNnAmOn



Well i bet ya'll have heard about cinnamon. If you google for sure one can see that there are a lot of benefits of cinnamon.  personally i take Cinnamon for 3 reasons

  1. helps with losing/maintaining weight
  2. Cinnamon's Scent Boosts Brain Function
  3. it tastes mighty fine with coffee, tea, cooked apples n other desserts...nyum nyum nyum
i don't know about boosting brain function, but it definitely helps me maintain my weight. This is because, cinnamon adds flavor to food without adding extra calories!!! Now how bout that!!! :) personally i feel that Cinnamon is one of nature's wonderful gift to us :)


*so why do you take cinnamon??? :)
