JuMp RoPe

Wanna lose those extra pounds??? how about those muffin tops?? lol  Gym membership to0 expensive? well i have got the answer for you :)

All you will be needing would be , yes you have guessed it.... Jumping Rope !!! :)

Personally i have lost 30kg by just incorporating jump rope into my weight lost challenge every day :)

*important points to remember:

  • always wear shoes
  • keep knees slightly bend
  • arms should not be moving a lot
  • back straight, avoid hunching
