PeAnUt BuTtEr

I love peanut butter; both crunchy and creamy. It is my sinful treat. Sadly it has high fat content and should be taken in moderation. I do have it in moderation for i wish not to put on weight :) sigh..wish peanut butter was a low calorie food....

Tips in buying a good@healthy Peanut butter
  • make sure its organic
  • low in sodium
  • low in sugar
  • and no added ingredients( especially hydrogenated oils!!!)
  • read the labels before purchasing because low fat Peanut butter does not mean healthy. It can be high in sugar ....
* why not make your own peanut butter with your food processor?? That way you can know what ingredients are in your Peanut butter :)
